Hi Ben and Lucy,
Thank you for choosing our house for your holiday! Here is everything you need to know before you arrive on Saturday.
The house is a ten-minute walk from the beach. If you come by train, take the number 5 bus from the station. It stops just outside our garden. If you come by car, you can leave it in front of the house.
I'm going to leave the key under the green box by the door. Breakfast is not included, but you will find bread, milk, eggs and coffee in the kitchen. Please help yourselves!
A few things you should know. The shower in the small bathroom is a bit slow: you may have to wait a minute for hot water. Please close the windows when you go out, because it can rain a lot here in the afternoon. And you must not swim at the north end of the beach: the water is deep there.
On Sunday morning you should try the fish market in town. You can get the best coffee at the little shop next to the station. If you would like a map of the area, there is one in the kitchen.
My husband and I live next door, so if anything goes wrong, just call me or come and see us. When you leave next Saturday, could you please put the key back under the box?
